Brand strategy

Why do your customers choose you, and how should you say it? We build positioning from the questions customers ask when they decide, and from the evidence behind your claims.

What problem does it solve?

Most brands have this problem, even if nobody calls it “positioning.” The sales team pitches the product differently in every meeting, the website says the same things as the competition, and campaigns get attention without making the reason to choose you any clearer. What these have in common is the lack of a shared, provable answer to why customers should choose you.

Our approach

We don’t treat positioning as a tagline exercise. We treat it as the work of understanding how customers make decisions, and we do it in four steps:

  • Customer questions: We gather what customers actually ask from sales calls, support tickets, search data and, where needed, customer interviews.
  • Alternatives: We look at who customers compare you with and on what basis. That includes solving the problem in-house or doing nothing at all.
  • Proof: For every area where you believe you are strong, we look for evidence the customer can see. A claim without proof doesn’t go at the center of the message.
  • Testing: We test the draft positioning against customer questions and fix it wherever it falls short.

Along the way, we use AI tools to cluster interview notes and to quickly scan how competitors and AI answers describe your category. The positioning decision itself rests on the data and on experience.

What we deliver

  • Positioning statement: a short statement of who you are for, which need you meet and why you are the better choice compared with the alternatives
  • Value proposition and proof table: each promise alongside the evidence that supports it
  • Messaging priorities: core messages by audience and by stage of the buying journey
  • A list of customer questions with recommended answers
  • Implementation notes: the first things to change on your website, in your sales deck and in your campaigns

Who is it for?

B2B and B2C companies that want to sharpen their message before a new product or market launch, whose teams describe the brand differently as the business grows, or that struggle to stand apart from their competitors.
